- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, quote follow-ups, and general customer support. Messages are sent from (979) 230-7086.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just provide your phone number and opt in as you did the first time.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@gcmowandwash.com or by calling (979) 230-7086.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on the nature of your service request or appointment schedule. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms govern all services provided by Gulf Coast Mow and Wash LLC (GC Mow and Wash). By requesting or accepting services, you agree to these terms.
Services
GC Mow and Wash provides lawn care, pressure washing, soft wash, and landscaping services in Brazoria County, Texas. All services are subject to an on-site assessment prior to final pricing. Quotes are provided at no charge.
- Lawn mowing services start at $50 for full service (mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup). Overgrown grass may incur an additional charge, which will be communicated prior to service.
- Service contracts are available but not required.
- Discounts are available for seniors, veterans, and first responders. Please ask at time of quote.
- We service properties in Angleton, Lake Jackson, Clute, West Columbia, Brazoria, Richwood, Rosharon, Pearland, and the surrounding Brazoria County area.
- Commercial-grade equipment is used on all jobs.
- GC Mow and Wash is fully insured.
Scheduling
- We offer mowing on any schedule (weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as-needed).
- You do not need to be home during service, but gates must be unlocked and animals secured before our arrival.
- In the event of rain, mowing will be rescheduled for the first available day conditions allow.
- We aim to respond to all quote requests the same day and always within 24 hours.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept:
- Cash
- Credit and debit card
- Zelle, Cash App, Venmo
- Business checks (we do not accept personal checks)
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion. Repeated no-shows may result in termination of service.
Liability
GC Mow and Wash is fully insured and takes reasonable care on every job. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property, structures, or plants
- Damage caused by hidden objects in grass or on surfaces (rocks, sprinkler heads, decorative items, etc.) that are not marked or removed prior to service
- Weather-related delays or rescheduling
Customers are responsible for securing valuables and identifying any irrigation systems, buried lines, or other hazards before service begins.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted at gcmowandwash.com/privacy. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
